Next generation berberine

Berberine, a plant compound commonly found in barberry and goldenseal supports metabolic health, energy balance, and healthy ageing. It activates enzymes like AMPK and SIRT1, aiding glucose metabolism, insulin sensitivity, and immune function. Berberine also promotes gut microbiome diversity and may boost GLP-1, a hormone regulating blood sugar.

For optimal results berberine requires high doses (up to  2g daily) which often cause tolerability issues and adverse events such as digestive discomfort.

BioBerb® utilises LipiSperse® dispersion technology to significantly improve berberine’s typically low absorption and high dose requirements. Unlocking the full potential of this potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory to amplify its health benefits.
