Joint pain and quality of life

A 2 week study has demonstrated that a single dose of HydroCurc® our bioavailable curcumin is an effective option for rapidly reducing joint pain.

HydroCurc® taken with FS iron increases BDNF serum levels

A large study conducted by the University of Westminster has shown that, supplementing HydroCurc® with iron significantly increases serum Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) levels, which cross the blood brain barrier and are essential for neuronal health.

A further study by University of Westminster on HydroCurc® co-supplemented with Ferrous Sulphate, has shown a reduction in oxidative stress and systemic-inflammation.

HydroCurc® taken with FS iron has no impairment on iron absorption

The 2nd study conducted by University of Westminster has demonstrated that supplementation of HydroCurc® with iron, does not negatively influence acute iron absorption in healthy adults. HydroCurc® increases absorption and tolerance of iron.

Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness Post and Postexercise Lactate Accumulation

The efficacy of curcumin supplementation is traditionally limited due to its poor bioavailability, however curcumin has been shown to improve biomarkers of muscle damage.
